The original purpose of this survey was to uncover people's needs and wants for online services such as web-hosting and shell accounts. It was a business idea I had a couple of years ago, but have since chosen not to pursue.
I've decided to take down my mysql server, so this means that my sample survey is now disabled. But please feel free to download the source and try it out!
